Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website zendevils.com by individual customers.
Article 2 – Products and prices
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT included). The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Confirmation of the order constitutes a firm and final acceptance.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is made online using the methods offered on the website (credit card, etc.). The order is considered validated only after the payment has been effectively received.
Article 5 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer within the timeframes stated on the website. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Article 7 – Guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
Article 8 – Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The customer may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
